Everyone must use this Google Form to request Cookie Booths.
MARCH booths will be given by request only starting Wednesday 2/19 at 6am.
Note, cookies are not available to purchase after 3/2. So requesting a March booth sale means you
already have lots of cookies to run a booth.

I will email a response to you within a few days.
Booths will be assigned first come with a completely filled out form.
If I have not received your booth totals for any previous sales, your request will not be honored.
I will email you if your form is incorrectly completed or I am missing booth totals.
You will then need to fill out a new form.
Once I receive a properly compleded form and or booth totals, I will then assign you a booth.
